If passengers are trapped, keep communication with them, ask them not to force the doors and call the 24-hour lift helpline. If there is fire, smoke, a medical emergency or immediate danger, call 999 first.
For ordinary breakdowns, provide the site address, lift location, reported fault and a safe contact for access. Our team will assess the urgency and coordinate attendance.
